William Jasper | Quality Mgmt & Training Director
William Jasper started his career in mental health in Feb of 2003. Although his degree is in Marketing, he loves working and empowering people and working with individuals with mental illness provided him that opportunity. William has worked in several capacities in the mental health field that span from working with children and adults in Residential programs to providing Community Support Services programs for both populations. In addition, William also has several years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. With the rapid changes to the mental health system in the state of North Carolina, William started to take more of an interest in how the quality of services would be impacted. As a result, he become more involved in the policy and procedural aspects of the service to ensure that the structure and quality of care of the consumers with whom he worked with and the agencies he has been affiliated was appropriate. He currently serves as the Quality Improvement/Training Director for ARJ, LLC where it is his responsibility to use data to support the development of quality service which translates to our consumers receiving a ‘Higher Level of Care’.
